Design and Presentation Techniques is an introductory studio created to teach urban planning students how to effective communicate through written, graphic, and verbal presentation techniques. Some of the course content is online, enabling students to learn various types of software at their own pace. Students also complete design exercises and mock public presentations in thestudio . Organization and pacing are key for the success of the students, both from the teaching style of the instructor and the motivation of the students.
